We are a software development house focused primarily on IoT systems. Our cloud infrastructure offers you the ability to get your IoT project off the ground in a very short space of time and cost effectively. We have various building blocks to offer and continue to aggressively add more to the system. Use our existing approved hardware to monitor and control your things or hook your own hardware into our cloud. Our cloud offers a comprehensive suite of APIs allowing full access to read/write your data to and from the cloud and are well documented. Our support team will gladly assist you in the development process.
We are heavily focused on security. All traffic to and from our servers are encrypted. All passwords are encrypted. We have a comprehensive DR strategy with servers spread across multiple data centres and data continuously synchronized between them. Our firewalls are strictly maintained and monitored.
Your data belongs to you. You control who has access to it and how they are allowed to access it. This is achieved using oAuth2 standards. You select what data you would like to share, click the share button, enter the email address of the person you want to share with and click update. You have the control of giving the shared person read, write, read/write or admin privilege. Only admins are permitted to share data. An additional security feature for sharing is "organisation only". When this setting is enabled, data can only be shared within an organisation. This prevents sharing data with users that have an email address with a different domain name....such as @bitid.co.za

Mimics
Design your own Graphical representation of your things I/O statuses. For example, Drag and drop a pump onto the screen and tell it to turn green when the pump is running and red when it is stopped. Make it flash orange and white if it trips.

Trends
Configure a trend(graph) to display historical and current live I/O values.

Reports
Pull ad-hoc historical or current status reports or have them emailed to you on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Sharing
Almost everything is shareable. For example, design a mimic and then share it with your organisation or friends. You are able to lock your items down to an organisational level for better security. This means that others will only be able to share items with users that have the same domain name as them.
